If you have moved from one county to another or into NY State after October 14th or if you believe you properly registered the only way to vote is to obtain a Court Order on General Election Day November 8, 2016. Judges will be at the Onondaga County Board of Elections 1000 Erie Blvd. W. Syracuse, NY 13204.
