“We’re coming off a presidential election where over 70% of Onondaga County voted, unfortunately we’re probably going to be looking at 30 to 40% this year.”
Both Czarny and Ryan emphasize that local elections are just as important as presidential elections.
“It’s your local leaders that we’re electing this year that you will have more say over you and your everyday life than even the national politics,” Czarny said. “So, get to know your local leaders, cast a ballot for them.”
