One of the biggest myths out there is that Boards of Elections only count Affidavit and Absentee ballots if the margin on Election Night is too close to call. This of course is not true, we rule on and count every ballot submitted each year, in every race. I explain the procedures and criteria we use and what steps we take to prevent fraud as well.
