Onondaga County’s Democratic Elections Commissioner Dustin Czarny says, “If somebody knows who they want to vote for, there’s really no reason to keep them to having to vote on one day. This is about convenience, it’ll reduce lines on Election Day because other votes will be cast, and it will allow us to get a quicker count and a better count.”
