Election 2016 Episode 4: Passive Electioneering & Selfie Ballots

In today’s episode I talk about Passive Electioneering and Selfie Ballots. NYS law does not allow electioneering inside a polling place, this includes wearing of campaign paraphernalia. No buttons t-shirts, stickers will be allowed inside polling places supporting a cause or candidate. Also there is uncertainty on taking a selfie of a completed ballot in NYS. I advise that you don’t do it as it could be a violation of law and tell you hat is allowed.
