Onondaga County’s other Board of Elections Commissioner, Dustin Czarny adds, “Early voting is where you’ve made up your mind. You know today who you’re voting for and you don’t want to wait until election day. You can go into a designated facility, vote, and be done.”
In 33 states across the country, people can head to the polls early to vote. New York is not one of them.
