Albany County Judge Roger McDonough cleared the way by delaying his own order that had kicked the GOP candidates off the ballot. By delaying his own ruling, that gives the Republicans enough time to renominate their candidates.
Czarny said a convention to renominate the candidates was planned for this weekend. If done correctly, that would keep the Republicans on the ballot.
