“Any time there’s a delay in results it’s a serious issue. A lot of people put a lot of work into these campaigns and we feel that seriousness,” said Dustin Czarny, Onondaga County Elections Commissioner. “But it’s also important to remember these are unofficial results, nothing will be official until we certify in 20 days and nothing is going to change because of tonight’s results.”.
