“CNY Central News spoke with Board of Election Commissioners from Onondaga County. Both Democrat Commissioner Dustin Czarny and Republican Commissioner Michele Sardo explained that affidavit ballots fitting this “Wrong Church” description are not counted and they estimated those ballots could make up about 10% of all affidavit ballots cast on any given Election Day. Both Czarny and Sardo agreed that in some elections the number of ballots fitting this description could be as few as a few dozen to potentially hundreds of such ballots in larger turnout elections such as Presidential or Congressional Mid-Term elections.”
