“A gubernatorial election will have anywhere from 55-60% turnout in Onondaga County,” Czarny said. “A presidential election will have anywhere from 72-77% turnout. For the last several; months I have been involved with litigation for the so-called Even Year Election law that moves many local offices to even year elections from odd years.
