Appellate court overrules Onondaga County judge, says NY’s even year election law is constitutional – WRVO

“A gubernatorial election will have anywhere from 55-60% turnout in Onondaga County,” Czarny said. “A presidential election will have anywhere from 72-77% turnout. An odd-year election will only have around 33% turnout, and that’s a good turnout year. 4th Department Appellate Division ruling in favor of Even Year Election Law

For the last several; months I have been involved with litigation for the so-called Even Year Election law that moves many local offices to even year elections from odd years.
