County business hours are 8:30 am 4:30 pm, but Czarny claims his workday has always been flexible.
“I routinely 45, 50, 60 hours a week, many times working nights and weekends. There’s been flexibility in this job since my entire time here. I don’t think anyone in the community who knows my work believes I work an 8:30 to 4:30 job.”
