“We are at a brisk pace for requests. We have more requests than we had four years ago during the 2017 mayoral primaries, so, more people are voting by absentee now that it is more permissive than it was, but we are not seeing the 13,000 requests that we got last year during this time,” Dustin Czarny, Onondaga County elections commissioner, said.
