With Election Day, early voting and absentee ballots received through Sunday, Tarver held a 73-vote lead over Nyatwa Bullock. That gives Tarver about 54% of the total vote counted so far.
But according to the Onondaga County Board of Elections, there are 91 vote by mail ballots received that have not yet been tallied, said Dustin Czarny, Democratic Election Commissioner.
