“People think that when we’re sending out a second ballot, that means we’re gonna count them. No. Every ballot that comes in is scanned and verified. The signatures are checked. If, for some reason, we received a ballot and it’s been counted, and a second ballot comes back from the same person, that ballot will not count,” said Czarny.
