Of the objections, Czarny, the Democratic commissioner said, “It’s a pattern of trying to obfuscate the process.” Eventually it will be clear that those objections by the (GOP). On Thursday, 83% of the objections were made by Renna and the (GOP).

“These objections do not mean that the vote doesn’t count,” said Czarny. “It means that we have to hold aside the vote until the end of the counting and they have three days to go in front of a judge.”

Democrat Elections Comissioner Dustin Czarny says in the 24th Congressional District, Dana Balter has picked up nearly 7,500 votes so far, but to catch Republican incumbent John Katko, she would need nearly 48,000.

One race has flipped due to the absentees, and that’s the 127th Assembly District race. Czarny says Democrat Al Stirpe now has a 600-vote lead over Republican Mark Venesky after trailing behind by about 1,000 votes on Election Night.
